SHIPPING POLICY

At Worship Him Distribution (WHD18) — Registration No. 2023/260436/07 — we are committed to delivering your order safely and efficiently. This policy outlines our shipping practices, delivery timeframes, and related terms.
1. Order Processing
- All orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation via PayFast
- Orders placed on weekends or South African public holidays will be processed on the next business day
- You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after payment and a dispatch notification with tracking details once your order is shipped
- During peak periods (e.g. Black Friday, Christmas, Easter) processing may take up to 3 business days — we will communicate any delays via email
2. Delivery Timeframes
All timeframes below are estimates only and are not guaranteed. They begin from the date of dispatch, not the date of order.
Domestic — South Africa
- Major metros (Johannesburg, Cape Town, Durban, Pretoria) — 3 to 5 business days
- Regional and outlying areas — 5 to 7 business days
- Remote and rural areas — 7 to 10 business days
International
- Standard international delivery — 10 to 21 business days
- Delivery times vary by destination country and customs processing times
- International orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes — these are the responsibility of the recipient
3. Shipping Rates
- Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order weight
- Free shipping promotions will be clearly communicated on the website when available
- International shipping rates are calculated at checkout and exclude any customs duties or import taxes applicable in the destination country
4. Tracking Your Order
- A tracking number will be emailed to you within 1–2 business days of dispatch
- You can use this tracking number on the courier's website to monitor your delivery
- If you have not received a tracking number within 3 business days of your order confirmation, contact us at HQ@WHD18.CO.ZA
5. Delivery Issues
Order Not Arrived
If your order has not arrived within 5 business days of the estimated delivery date, contact us at HQ@WHD18.CO.ZA with your order number and we will investigate with the courier on your behalf. We aim to resolve delivery queries within 5 business days of being notified.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout. WHD18 is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Address correction requests must be submitted within 24 hours of placing your order to HQ@WHD18.CO.ZA.
Failed Delivery Attempts
If the courier is unable to deliver your order after multiple attempts, the parcel may be returned to us. In this case:
- We will contact you within 2 business days of receiving the returned parcel
- Redelivery will be arranged at the customer's cost
- If redelivery is not requested within 14 days, a store credit will be issued minus shipping costs
6. Damaged or Lost in Transit
- If your order arrives damaged, photograph the damage immediately and contact us at HQ@WHD18.CO.ZA within 48 hours of delivery
- If your order is confirmed lost in transit by the courier, we will arrange a replacement or full refund within 7 business days of confirmation
- Risk of loss and title passes to you once your order is transferred to the courier
7. Force Majeure & Delays
We are not liable for shipping delays caused by:
- Courier capacity constraints
- South African public holidays
- Load shedding or infrastructure disruptions
- Customs processing for international orders
- Natural disasters, civil unrest, or other events outside our control
We will communicate known delays to affected customers via email as soon as reasonably possible.
8. South African Consumer Rights
In accordance with the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008, you have the right to receive goods within the agreed timeframe or to cancel the order and receive a full refund if delivery is not made within a reasonable time. Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights under South African law.
