TERMS OF SERVICE

WORSHIP HIM DISTRIBUTION (WHD18) & GATHER THE TROOPS MOVEMENT NPC Last Updated: 19 April 2026


Overview

Welcome to Worship Him Distribution (WHD18). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of whd18.co.za and all related services ("Services") operated jointly by:

  • Worship Him Distribution (Pty) Ltd ("WHD18") — Registration No. 2023/260436/07 — e-commerce, apparel, and distribution
  • Gather The Troops Movement NPC ("GTTM") — Registration No. 2025/445470/08 — non-profit mission and donor operations

Together referred to as "we", "us", or "our."

Both entities operate from: 6 Umziki Place, Kloof, 3640, South Africa

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa, including the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008 (CPA), the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act 25 of 2002 (ECT Act), and the Protection of Personal Information Act 4 of 2013 (POPIA).

By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy at whd18.co.za/policies/privacy-policy. If you do not agree, do not use our Services.


Section 1 — Eligibility & Account Access

  • You must be at least 18 years of age to use our Services independently. Users under 18 may only use the Services with verifiable parental or guardian consent.
  • By using our Services, you confirm that all information you provide is accurate, current, and complete.
  • You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and all activity under your account.
  • You may not transfer, sell, assign, or share your account with any other person.
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms without prior notice.

Section 2 — Our Products & Services

WHD18 — Apparel & Distribution

  • We make every effort to accurately represent our products including colours, sizing, and design. However, colours and appearance may vary depending on your device screen settings — this does not constitute a defect.
  • Product descriptions, pricing, and availability are subject to change without notice.
  • We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or restrict sales to specific regions at our sole discretion.
  • Custom, personalised, or made-to-order items are non-returnable unless defective.

GTTM — Mission, Donations & Non-Profit Services

  • GTTM operates as a registered NPC under the Non-Profit Organisations Act 71 of 1997.
  • Participation in missions, prayer walks, and Gatherings is subject to separate event-specific terms and consent forms.
  • The R1 Project and 10% church partner allocation are administered in accordance with GTTM's governing documents and applicable South African non-profit law.

Section 3 — Orders & Acceptance

  • Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase — not a binding contract until we confirm acceptance.
  • Orders are only accepted once payment has been successfully processed via PayFast or another approved payment method.
  • We reserve the right to refuse, modify, or cancel any order at our discretion, including where:
    • Products are mispriced or incorrectly described
    • Payment cannot be verified or is declined
    • The order appears fraudulent or violates these Terms
  • In the event of cancellation by us, you will be notified via email and refunded within 5–7 business days.
  • Cancellation requests by customers must be submitted within 24 hours of placing the order by emailing HQ@WHD18.CO.ZA with your order number. Cancellations requested after 24 hours may not be accommodated as orders may already be in processing or fulfilment.
  • Returns and exchanges are governed by our Refund & Return Policy at whd18.co.za/policies/refund-policy.
  • Purchases are for personal or household use only — commercial resale requires prior written authorisation from WHD18.

Section 4 — Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are displayed in South African Rand (ZAR) unless otherwise stated.
  • Prices are subject to change without notice. The price charged will be the price confirmed in your order confirmation email.
  • Unless expressly stated, prices exclude:
    • VAT where applicable
    • Shipping and handling fees
    • Customs or import duties for international orders
  • We accept payment via PayFast, which supports major South African payment methods including credit/debit cards, EFT, SnapScan, and Mobicred.
  • By submitting payment, you confirm that:
    • The payment information provided is true, correct, and complete
    • You are authorised to use the selected payment method
    • You will honour all charges including shipping and applicable taxes
  • Where a pricing error occurs, we will notify you within 2 business days and give you the option to proceed at the corrected price or cancel for a full refund.
  • Promotional pricing and discounts are subject to separate terms. Where conflict exists between promotional terms and these Terms, the promotional terms govern.

Section 5 — Shipping & Delivery Timeframes

All delivery timeframes below are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to courier capacity, public holidays, load shedding, customs processing, or events outside our control.

Delivery Zone / Estimated Timeframe:

  • Major SA metros (JHB, CPT, DBN, PTA) — 3 to 5 business days
  • Regional and outlying SA areas — 5 to 7 business days
  • Remote/rural SA areas — 7 to 10 business days
  • International orders — 10 to 21 business days

Additional Shipping Terms:

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation
  • You will receive a tracking number via email once your order is dispatched
  • Risk of loss and title passes to you once your order is transferred to the carrier
  • If your order has not arrived within 5 business days of the estimated delivery date, contact us at HQ@WHD18.CO.ZA and we will investigate with the carrier
  • We are not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or force majeure events

Section 6 — Returns & Refund Timeframes

Return Window

Customers have 30 days from the date of confirmed delivery to request a return. Return requests must be submitted to HQ@WHD18.CO.ZA within this window.

Refund Processing Timeframes:

  • Return request acknowledged — within 1–2 business days of submission
  • Return received and inspected — within 3–5 business days of receipt
  • Refund decision communicated — within 1 business day of inspection
  • Refund processed to original payment method — within 5–7 business days of approval
  • PayFast refund reflected in your account — allow an additional 3–5 business days for your bank to process

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method only — no cash refunds
  • If 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received it, contact us immediately at HQ@WHD18.CO.ZA

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Report defective, damaged, or incorrect items within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence to HQ@WHD18.CO.ZA. Verified claims will be resolved within 5 business days via replacement, store credit, or full refund.

Section 7 — Intellectual Property

  • All content on whd18.co.za — including designs, graphics, text, logos, and product imagery — is owned by Worship Him Distribution or used under licence, protected under South African and international copyright law.
  • Where designs incorporate public-domain source material, such use is in accordance with applicable copyright law.
  • GTTM's mission content, media, and branding are the property of Gather The Troops Movement NPC.
  • You may use our Services for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without prior written permission.
  • Unauthorised use of our intellectual property may result in legal action.

Section 8 — Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to use our Services to:

  • Violate any applicable South African or international law or regulation
  • Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information
  • Impersonate any person or entity
  • Disrupt, damage, or interfere with our Services or systems
  • Attempt unauthorised access to any part of our platform
  • Resell products commercially without prior written authorisation
  • Harass, abuse, or harm other users or staff

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for any violation without notice.


Section 9 — Disclaimer of Warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by South African law:

  • Our Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind
  • We do not warrant that our Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure
  • We do not warrant that products will meet your specific expectations beyond what is described

Nothing in this section limits your statutory rights under the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008, including your right to receive goods that are safe, of good quality, and fit for purpose.


Section 10 — Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WHD18 and GTTM shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
  • Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
  • Damages arising from unauthorised access to your account

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim.

These limitations do not apply where prohibited by the Consumer Protection Act or other mandatory South African consumer protection legislation.


Section 11 — Privacy & Data Protection

Your personal information is collected and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy at whd18.co.za/policies/privacy-policy, which forms part of these Terms. Both WHD18 and GTTM comply with POPIA in respect of all personal information processed through this store and associated operations.


Section 12 — PayFast Payment Terms

Payments processed through our store are handled by PayFast (Pty) Ltd, a registered South African payment service provider. By making a payment through our store, you also agree to PayFast's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, available at www.payfast.io.

WHD18 does not store, access, or retain your full payment card or banking details. All payment data is processed securely by PayFast in accordance with PCI-DSS standards.


Section 13 — GTTM Donations & Non-Profit Operations

  • Donations made to GTTM are processed as charitable contributions to a registered NPC
  • The R1 Project and 10% church partner allocation are administered transparently per GTTM's governing documents
  • Donation refund requests due to processing errors must be submitted within 48 hours to HQ@WHD18.CO.ZA and will be resolved within 5–7 business days
  • Erroneous duplicate payments will be refunded within 5–7 business days of verification

Please note: GTTM is in the process of applying for Public Benefit Organisation (PBO) status and Section 18A tax deductibility approval from SARS. Tax-deductible receipts will only be issued once this status is formally granted. Donors will be notified when this becomes available.


Our Services may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of any third-party sites. Accessing third-party links is at your own risk.


Section 15 — Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa
  • Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of our Services will first be addressed through direct negotiation between the parties
  • If unresolved within 30 days, disputes may be referred to:
    • The National Consumer Commission (NCC) — www.thencc.org.za
    • The Consumer Goods and Services Ombud (CGSO) — www.cgso.org.za
    • A South African court of competent jurisdiction
  • EU customers retain the right to refer disputes to their local consumer authority under applicable EU law

Section 16 — Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. The revised version will be posted at whd18.co.za with an updated "Last Updated" date. Material changes will be communicated to registered users at least 7 days before taking effect. Continued use of our Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
